Alfredo Apestegui is a U.S.–trained, New York-licensed attorney andinvestment banker with more than 15 years of experience advising clients onprivate equity, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border corporatetransactions. His career includes serving as General Counsel for an investmentbank, where he oversaw legal, regulatory and financial matters spanningmultiple jurisdictions.
Alfredo’s practice focuses on structuring investment vehicles, guidingstrategic capital deployment, and executing complex transactions for bothinstitutional investors and corporate entities. He brings a dual lens of legaland financial acumen, allowing him to align business-objectives withgovernance, risk mitigation and tax-efficient structuring.
His track record includes advising on private equity fund formations,international joint ventures, cross-border “buy-and-build” platforms andhigh-stakes M&A in North America and Latin America.
