Ted brings a breadth of experience to Selborne, having represented businesses throughout his entire 30-year career as an attorney. For 14 years, Ted was in-house counsel for the global hotel conglomerate, Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he advised Hilton through numerous mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, and other business transactions. Ted also spent 15 years practicing at well-respected large law firms where he advised hospitality, franchise, distribution, manufacturing and technology clients on corporate formations, contracts, acquisitions, employment agreements, dispute resolution, and litigation matters.
Ted has a solo practice where he focuses on mediation and providing innovative legal solutions to business clients. His well-rounded experience gives him the broad perspective that clients need to make sound business decisions, no matter the industry.
