
Daniel Gaon represents startup companies and investors in strategic growth efforts, corporate governance matters and a broad range of other commercial and business matters. His practice focuses on structuring and securing debt financing and assisting companies with their in-house counsel needs.
In his career, Daniel has successfully represented businesses in many industries while working at major law firms here in New York, and also as in-house counsel. He began his career at Simpson Thacher, advising both buyers and sellers on high-profile mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Daniel then joined Seward & Kissel as a corporate finance associate working with middle-market companies on a variety of finance transactions. He currently acts as de-facto general counsel for a variety of companies.
